At PlanYogi, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which we offer refunds for credit purchases made on our platform.
You are eligible for a refund if:
We do not offer refunds on credits that have already been used to generate action plans, as the AI processing service has already been delivered.
If you have used some of your purchased credits and wish to refund the remainder, we will calculate the refund amount based on the number of unused credits.
For example: If you purchased 100 credits for ₹299 and used 30 credits, the refund will be calculated proportionally based on the 70 unused credits (₹209.30).

Once we receive your refund request and verify your eligibility, we will initiate the refund within 2 business days.
The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
If a credit was deducted from your account due to a technical error (for example, a failed plan generation that still consumed a credit), we will restore the credit or offer a full refund at no charge. Please contact us with the details and we will investigate promptly.
If you initiated a dispute or chargeback through Razorpay or your bank before contacting us, please also reach out to us directly at info.planyogi@gmail.com. We are happy to work with you to resolve any payment issues quickly and fairly.
