By accessing or using PlanYogi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PlanYogi. If you are under 18, you may use the platform only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. PlanYogi will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not create an account using someone else's identity or a false name.
You may not share your account with others. Each account is for one individual user only.
Credit system: PlanYogi operates on a credit-based system. One credit is required to generate one action plan. New accounts receive 10 free credits on signup.
Credit purchases: Additional credits can be purchased through Razorpay using UPI, debit cards, credit cards, or netbanking. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
No expiry: Purchased credits do not expire and remain valid as long as your account exists.
Non-transferable: Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
Referral credits: Credits earned through the referral programme are subject to the same terms as purchased credits.
You agree to use PlanYogi only for lawful purposes. You must not:
PlanYogi uses YouTube video transcripts to generate learning plans. By using this feature, you confirm that you have the right to access the YouTube video in question and that using the transcript for personal learning purposes complies with YouTube's Terms of Service.
PlanYogi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
Plans, notes, tasks, and exams generated by PlanYogi are created using AI (Groq/Llama AI). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. PlanYogi does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.
Plans generated on PlanYogi are intended for personal educational use only.
The PlanYogi platform, including its design, code, branding, and features, is owned by PlanYogi and protected by intellectual property laws.
Plans you generate are for your personal use. You retain ownership of content you create using our tools, but by using our platform you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content as part of providing the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service, with or without notice.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info.planyogi@gmail.com. Unused credits at the time of account deletion are non-refundable unless a refund request is submitted within 7 days of your last purchase.
PlanYogi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanYogi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our platform. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
